Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are entirely at our discretion. However, we will refund your transaction in full in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a cancellation of the event for which you have purchased tickets
  • In the event of a material change relating to the event for which you have purchased tickets, such as change of date, change of a headline artist on a multi-billing event.

In the event that we provide any "perks" in connection with a purchase transaction (e.g., coupons or discounts for use at our facility or elsewhere), we will use reasonable efforts to provide those "perks" as stated to you. However, in the event that those "perks" are ultimately not provided, we shall not be held liable and you shall not be entitled to a refund for any portion of your purchase.

In the event that you are not reasonably unsatisfied with a time- and/or date-sensitive product or service you have purchased such as a live performance or a hotel room rental and wish to obtain a refund, you must notify us immediately upon knowledge of your dissatisfaction so that we may have a reasonable opportunity to rectify the situation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any such refunds granted shall be subject to reasonableness as determined by us, and shall be entirely at our discretion. For example, if you are not satisfied with a show to which you have purchased tickets and you notify us after most of the show has been completed, it is likely that a refund will not be considered by us.
